Swagelok's patented SAT12 process utilizes low temperature carburization to achieve an unmatched tool-steel hardness. This makes our back ferrule significantly stronger without compromising corrosion resistance and material ductility.
We perform continuous, rigorous testing on thousands of fittings each year under a variety of conditions in order to produce the safest, most reliable, highest performing tube fittings available in the market. We also offer the most comprehensive book of tube fitting Product Test Reports (PTRs) in the industry for validation and publish them on our website.
