Complaint Policy:Swagelok Southwest Co. is dedicated to consistently providing our customers with exemplary products and services. We want to hear from you if we have not accomplished our goal! We have a process in place that is to be followed when we receive a customer complaint:
- When a customer complaint is received by a company associate, the complaint is documented in our complaint tracking system.
- Associates are encouraged to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer and solve the problem.
- When the complaint warrants management escalation, the management team is notified, the problem is addressed, and the appropriate customer communication occurs.
- Complaint data is regularly analyzed to determine when corrective action is required or further steps are to needed to prevent recurrence.
