When a customer complaint is received by a company associate, the complaint is documented in our complaint tracking system.
Associates are encouraged to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer and solve the problem.
When the complaint warrants management escalation, the management team is notified, the problem is addressed, and the appropriate customer communication occurs.
Complaint data is regularly analyzed to determine when corrective action is required or further steps are to needed to prevent recurrence.
