We are the exclusive authorized distributor for Swagelok Company for the Southwestern U.S. Our legal name is Arizona/Albuquerque Valve & Fitting Corporation doing business as Swagelok Southwest Co.
Our distributorship was originally founded in the 1960’s as Arizona Valve & Fitting Company. Arizona Valve & Fitting Company and Albuquerque Valve & Fitting Company were merged in 2005. The legal name of the company was changed to Arizona/Albuquerque Valve & Fitting Corporation in 2012. Also, the promotional name Swagelok Southwest Co. was adopted at that time.
Although we are an independent distributor, we have a very close relationship with Swagelok Company, promoting only Swagelok products in our exclusive geographic area. Our business information systems are directly linked to Swagelok Company, and through a series of internal training programs called “One Swagelok” we strive to meld our company cultures and share best practices.
Because Swagelok Southwest is a small local company, we are able to dynamically respond to the changing needs of our local market. In addition, we have access to Swagelok Company’s sophisticated global supply chain, engineering resources and R&D facilities.
Our company stocks over 3,500 different part numbers at each of our branches. Another 12,000 items are available next day from our regional warehouses and over 290,000 different part variations are available.
Our local role extends beyond simply stocking and selling Swagelok products. We strive to take the time to understand our customers’ challenges and opportunities and can provide local expertise and services to help them succeed. For example, we work closely with customers to support their strategic inventory management initiatives. Through our Custom Solutions service, we can assemble Swagelok components for customers that may not have the required time, tools or expertise to complete the job on their own. Alternatively, we can provide hands-on product Training and Rental Tools to support our customers’ assembly efforts.

About Our Team
Swagelok Southwest Co. employs a responsive and expert staff of 30, many who have been with us for 15 years or longer. Expertise is just a phone call away. When a customer calls during our regular business hours, a friendly voice greets them, and they receive the answers they need in a timely fashion. If a customer requires onsite support, we can dispatch a technical expert to their location. We also have a Sales & Service counter at each of our branches, open Monday through Friday, where customers can come by to pick up the items they need and be on their way quickly.
