Swagelok to Remain Open as an Essential Business
Swagelok continues to monitor the ongoing developments regarding the coronavirus pandemic. According to the Department of Homeland Security, Swagelok is an essential business as defined by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and we are open for business to support our essential customers.

In these unprecedented times, collaboration between our organizations is critical. Please work with us by identifying critical orders and providing us as much lead time as possible when placing new orders. By doing this, we can continue to serve you to the best of our ability, while protecting capacity for critical items needed in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

Our Will Call Lobbies are Temporarily Closed
Due to the escalating outbreak of COVID-19, we are limiting walk-ins to our facilities. Please utilize phone or email to place your orders for packaging and shipment to your location.

If Your Order is Urgent
You may arrange for parts pick up at our facility, and this is done curbside. Please Contact Us in advance to allow us ample time to prepare your order for pick up. Once your order is ready, you can head over. Just give us a call from your vehicle as you are pulling in.

As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread, with the World Health Organization declaring it a global pandemic, we are closely monitoring the outbreak and possible impacts on our associates, our customers, our operations, and our communities. Guided by our core values, we have and will continue to take actions that protect the health and well-being of our associates and yours which is our number one concern.

Internally, we are increasing the depth of our daily sanitizing of common areas, encouraging associates to wash hands regularly and stay home if they are sick or returning from an area identified as a coronavirus-related risk, as well as discouraging handshakes or unnecessary personal contact. 

Below is a summary of the immediate actions Swagelok Southwest is taking to prepare. We will continue to monitor the situation and inform you of any changes as they arise.    
                                                               
Onsite Visits: We have encouraged our account managers to use virtual communication when possible. You may start seeing a reduced presence onsite to limit potential exposure, but please know we will resume regular visits once the risk of transmission is lowered. Rest assured our team is available virtually via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and text communication. If your company is restricting site access, let us know so we can determine how to best support your needs virtually.

Vendor Managed Inventories: We will continue to check Vendor Managed Inventories. If your company is restricting site access, let us know how we can maintain appropriate stock levels.

Customer Pickup/Walk-Ins: Our sales and service counters in Phoenix and Albuquerque remain open. We ask that you use discretion regarding visits to our office. If you do visit, hand sanitizer will be available as you enter and countertops will be cleaned frequently. Please refrain from handshakes and maintain a safe distance. If you prefer to have your products delivered, just let us know and we will arrange delivery. Note increased freight charges may apply.

We understand these precautions may impact the way our companies interact over the coming months, but we can’t emphasize enough that our main focus is the health of our associates and our customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this is a fluid situation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
